    Loveahug, your post really rings true! When I point out stains on the clothes mum's wearing, for example, she will simply shrug, or say, 'Oh, I'll sponge that later' :rolleyes: And if I do get things into the laundry basket, she just filches them out again.....

    You have reminded me how it looks from her point of view.....I hadn't gone far enough back in her life, to really 'get' this up to now....

    My campaign is still to get a washing machine in mum's flat, as she lives in sheltered housing with a laundry room downstairs. There's no was she's going to get any laundry down there!
