Yes, Lila, I'm sure many cases in Africa and the Pacific and parts of Asia are never diagnosed due to cultural differences and / or lack of medical facilities. I expect the "baby boomer" generation (mine :eek: ) will make a BIG increase to the number of people - simply because there are so many of us.

I'd like to know if there is a statistical increase in numbers for any other reasons (not related purely to nos. of people or nos. diagnosed) - is there an increase in cases due to some environmental factors????
