Hi, I have noticed that on some of the posts people mention stages, Stage 2, 6 etc. My mum has reently been diagnosed with Alzheimers and I am wondering if anyone could explain what the stages are/or mean, or advise me where I could read about them. The doctor made no mention of stages to us.Many Thanks.

I have also seen documents which list 7 stages of dementia but the progression does vary for the individual and it is my own belief that they can often overlap, there is not always a clear definition.
