Just a brief note to warn against posting copyrighted material on TP.

Basically, you mustn't.

This includes lyrics of songs, pictures, etc

What is absolutely fine is to post the title of the song, a web address where such things can be found, or to post poems or stories you or a relative - or anyone as long as their permission is granted - have written, or pictures you have taken.

We have to remove copyrighted material, it isn't a choice for us.

There may be a let-out, if the copyright is acknowledged when the item is posted, and I'll leave Nada to work that one out, on her return!

you are correct in what you say regarding copyright material.
When I have used any copyright material I have obtained written permission fron the author/s.
One very old poem which I wished to use, and the the author could not be traced ,I had to place an advert in the Liverpool Echo to be very sure that neither the author or their living relatives where still alive

Should not all the images,pictures etc be posted under th"Pics" section?
That way we could monitor easier for copyright breaches.
