Found out by accident that our local swimming pool holds two sessions on a Tuesday for disabled people. Its FREE, the pool is warmed up for the sessions and carers are allowed into the pool as well, also FREE. I took George today to see what it was like and if he would feel 'safe'. He had a good look round the centre and checked out all the people who were around and he thinks he could do it. The morning session isn't that busy and there were probably only a dozen people in the pool. Hopefully he will be well next Tuesday and we will be able to share something that we used to do pre MID. :)
