Hi everyone - I thought it might be useful to write down my family's journey and some helpful resources that may be of use to others going through similar circumstances.
This starts from when we first noticed something was wrong with Dad - and goes through all the things we had to do right up to the present (we now have diagnosis) - I also cover some of the benefits and the forms we needed.
I have attached all of this in a word document - if anyone has any problems viewing it let me know I can always cut and paste into a post. Also if anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
