Some Good News

As some of you will know, Alan and I both suffered a virus. However it left Alan very confused and I was beginning to think that he wouldn't recover. He was very noticeably worse and I think me not being wholly available to him these past few days didn't help matters.

However, I am feeling much better (not great but better) and decided to go to the Riverside Festival and Alan said he would like to come too. I know he was not able to deal with crowds of people very well but he did very well and seemed to enjoy himself. I think he enjoys having me back again. Here are a couple of pictures I took this afternoon. You can see Alan is recovering from cold sores that the virus left him with.

Hello Helen.

Alan looks well. If it wasn`t for the cold sores, no-one would know he`d been attacked by such a virus.

And for you to venture out is a good sign too. It shows you`re over the worst.
