Social Work care plan ??

Well today was told that Social Work DO NOT DO CARE PLANS it was the support carer who does it. I've got someone on to it though as they said thats wrong. So what do Social Work do?? My carers assesment was 3 sheets of printed out questions that i was handed to do with in the next two days with also a financial data collection. All was just left with me to complete. I am very unhappy with Social Services what a waste of my precious time.

SS do do care plans. I've just got ours, following our recent assessment. Doesn't say much, and the section an when it is to be reviewed is left blank. However, copies go to all agencies involved, so at least we're now in the system. Have a go at them, if it applies to us, it should be the same for you.
