Sleepy

I go to see my Mum each week outside her window and she has been fine. However the carers have said that she is sleepy and the home are keeping most residents in their room. I saw her today and she was very confused and 'out of it' as if she had been drugged. Could she have been prescribed drugs to subdue her without me being notified- I have POA medical?

She has had a fall so they think her dementia has progressed and this has caused it.
