Someone wrote that daytime sleepiness/sleep was robbing them of the time they have, and that hit home with me. It just hits like the worst jetlag you can imagine - and out of the blue. Sleep does seem to restore some equilibrium but I am beginning to resent how it encroaches on my time. I have a long bucketlist to complete!!

I can understand that @Dunroamin - my OH sleeps much more than usual now and has a nap in the afternoon. I think it is usual with dementia. I caught covid last year and still find that come 3.00pm its like hitting a brick wall, so I understand a little of what it is like. Being sleep deprived would even worse, though! Just pace yourself, make allowances for sleep and dont pack that bucket list in too full!
