Mum was admitted to hospital in December. Then she was transferred to a care home and back to hospital and finally back to the care home where she died on 10 March. She deteriorated very quickly and passed away peacefully.

I'm so sorry to read your news. I'm glad your Mum's passing was peaceful and you find strength in knowing that she is no longer suffering.
