Sexual intimacy

I continually feel guilty for avoiding sex with my husband.I feel no desire for him now. Does anyone relate to this ?

I can relate to this as it happened to me when my husband had not long been diagnosed with alzhimers and vascular dementia I had gone from being a lover and wife to being his carer and wife thankfully he only seemed to miss this side of our relationship for a short while
