Secret life of Carers.

Radio 4 are currently running an interesting programme about outside carers. First programme is about the usual bad service and practice, the second one is the opposite where some authorities, Wiltshire is one that are starting to change their care ideas for home care.

Haven't mentioned dementia yet unfortunately but here's hoping.
