Maybe we should kidnap someone with influence ? and shut them in our homes for a couple of days and see how they go on ???

What a great idea @Janey B then if the PWD gets aggressive we can ask for ideas as to how to calm them down or leave them to it.

Or if they want to go somewhere, watch something they want on tv, go on holiday, have a bath, read a book, work in the garden, chat with a friend....explain that lockdown didn’t make an awful lot of difference to most of us!!

Which is why the powers that be should do work experience in a care home with dementia patients or with a care company. If they did the latter they would be sent to our homes and get some insight into what have to put up with. Of course it would be difficult with Covid but maybe they would think harder about social care.
