My friend has been conned again

I found you can contact Royal Mail re. scam mail which I have. I don't know quite what they will do about it. I wonder if anyone else has used it?

I haven't used it, but Mum used to get a lot of scam/spam mail. Fortunately she didn't spend too much although was quite sure that she'd won £15000! As she lives with us we were able to 'filter' her mail and ended up by putting 'return to sender' on each of them and now she gets virtually nothing.

Thanks Hibni. I know too that's what's happened but of course she 'wouldn't do such a thing' . We managed to stop it for a long while but I am less able to get there as often and this is a relapse. I have suggested the latter but I think that gets forgotten.

I think Royal Mail should do something about it, these companies target people on their own and it should be stopped.
