Good morning.

I am finding some of the threads in fact quite alot of them very helpful. Some of the info ie the recent one on advice when not eating are really useful.

How can I save a thread and and where is the best place to store it.

Thankyou.

Morning Danny,

If I wanted to save anything useful I would add it to favourites or bookmark it.

Hope this helps. Mind you I must admit that one can end up with a library like favourite and bookmark system:rolleyes:

The way I do it...

Danny

I save mine to a word document that way I can edit out the bits where the topic has diverged and keep all the information which i want to refer to again. When i save the document I put the thread details into the title so I can search for the entire thread again in future if I wish to.

I have been on many forums over the years, some which eventually closed and we lost all the information which was on there. Hence the reason I now save the documents that are useful as I go along.

Hope this helps

Fiona

Hi Danny,

Most browsers have the ability to save an entire webpage complete with images and links.

In Internet Explorer, it can be found under File > Save as

I've just try saving in the web archive format option and it works perfectly.

Take care,
