that's what the medics do, just to check that things are fine with you. ..it's good that they are keeping in touch with you
maybe use the appointment to your advantage and let them know what's going well for you and ask them any questions you have (maybe have a notepad to hand, or use your mobile, to jot down anything that comes to mind before the visit)
