Hi everyone,

Are you over 70 and helping a partner with dementia to stay at home? Did you use a day centre and/or have outside support before the Covid-19 pandemic began?

If so, a research team at the University of Manchester would like to hear from you. Dr Jayne Astbury is the person who you will be speaking to. This research is being done with the support of the charities TIDE, Making Space, the Alzheimer’s Society and Join Dementia Research.

They would like to hear more about your experiences in a telephone interview. Ideally, they are looking for people in their four areas of Oldham, Doncaster, Coventry and Derbyshire, although they are considering outside of these areas.

They will be offering a £20 high street voucher and £20 to cover respite care.

Please click on the attached flyer and information sheet for more details. If you'd like to find out more or take part, please get in touch.

Thank you :)
