Remission on deputyship fees

Hi, does anyone know whether attendance allowance counts towards income for purposes of qualifying for for remission on COP assessment and supervision fees? Without including it mum is well under the £12000 income limit pa. If included it tips it over by about £100.

I'm pretty sure it counts. There was a period during which my aunt in law qualified for the remission because her only income was the state pension and AA, and I needed to get DWP statements for both to send off to the CoP.

I did count it when calculating income for LPA fees.
