Hi everyone,

Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk is just round the corner, and our Media team are working on a photo recreation piece to promote it similar to these photos.

The team would need some old, nostalgic photos of you with your loved ones. They'd like to know if you’d potentially be available to recreate the photo safely, with a professional portrait photographer. It would be fun to recreate, and you’d get copies of the new photos to keep too. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions, this cannot be done in care homes.

If you think you might be available then please send over some good quality, nostalgic photos as soon as possible to National Media Officer, Sarah Garnham, at Sarah.Garnham@alzheimers.org.uk by 31 July.

The Media team would want to recreate them almost shot for shot, so anyone else in the photo would also need to be available. Some examples of photo scenes we’d be interested are ones with grandchildren when they were younger, celebrating a holiday or birthday or playing a sport.

If you have any questions, please let Sarah know. Thank you.
