Thanks @canary , it really does seem to be that way. Sorry to hear what you went through, it must have been really distressing. It feels like the changes have been a huge leap, had it not been for this I would have said she likely had a couple of years at least, absent any other events. She’s quite young, still only 76, it’s just so hard to know but no one is really being very open with me about what it could mean (that eol is a possibility or is at least closer), which is why really what I want to do is open up a dialogue that will ultimately prepare us to help her as best as possible
