Hi again,
I think I sent out the wrong message about Janice yesterday, but I think that was because my brain and back side were still in the lakes, I feel as if I have cycled all the way without a seat.
Janice suffered not because she was ill, but because due to the terrain we kept loosing our mobile phone signal, so there was no way of her knowing where we were all the time. She must have been worried stiff but she did not show it.
I had Mark for company and moral support where she was on her own, apart from all the other cyclists and support vehicles, who unknown to me were keeping her up to date.
I feel very proud of Janice and Mark because they must have thought after the first day that I was going to give up. But I have been able to achieve what seems to have been an impossible task.
