Preventing accidental paracetamol overdose

My mother requires regular paracetamol following a fall.
How do I ensure she does not overdose and that she has 4 hours btw each one.
She has a Dosset box for her other medication which works well but the paracetamol she is taking, then because she is in pain goes to take more an hour later.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Or perhaps you tell her that you will phone her when she can take her next tablets. If she is in more pain and the paracetamol is not dealing with it, perhaps a word with the GP could get something stronger and ask for it to be given via a patch instead!
