Can the power of attorney be made to produce receipts and records even though his power has ended
Thanks

hello @Cablepuller
welcome to TP
that's not a straightcorward issue, really, as I understand it
the Attorney holds LPA under the Office of Public Guardian, who can ask for information from the Attorney - otherwise, the Attorney doesn't have to produce any documents for others who may simply be interested
the duties of an Attorney end on the death of the donor, after that the executor of the person's will is responsible for acting under the terms of the will

My dad spends very little and I just throw the odd receipt into a kitchen drawer. I don't expect anyone to ask but as he spends so little I do not see a problem.
