that's not a straightcorward issue, really, as I understand it
the Attorney holds LPA under the Office of Public Guardian, who can ask for information from the Attorney - otherwise, the Attorney doesn't have to produce any documents for others who may simply be interested
the duties of an Attorney end on the death of the donor, after that the executor of the person's will is responsible for acting under the terms of the will
