Everytime I post today it doesn't seem to work, but then won't let me repost

There seem to be a lot of duplicate posts on the forum today

is there a known issue?

Yes, it's a known problem. You should see a message above stating that there are currently technical issues. My reply to you may be posted in triplicate

I saw that message after I had posted, but my post hadn't come up yet at that point

Yes, no sooner had I reported a duplicate post in reply to one of my threads than I managed to do a duplicate post myself. I was blaming my technophobia so good to know that it is not just me.
