Wow. I did phone them and got through straight away. And it looks like people who paid half the fees don't get back half the refund amount but slightly less, even though it states "half" on the website. Half of £37 is £18.50 but according to their tables that means an £18 refund, plus some interest. It's not a lot but if they are doing this to enough people, it adds up.
