12weeks is about right - apparently they have to give a certain amount of time for interested parties to be able to lodge a complaint. Just as I was about to give them a ring to find out what was happening it arrived in the post week 13! :D

I sent forms for POA health and welfare on 8th April and have just got something back to say that it should be returned, registered, within two weeks of 9th July. They've only just sent out the ' if you want to object' forms.

I sent POA to be registered 6 weeks ago, cheque not been presented yet but I had a communication saying I'd missed one date off so have had to re-send. Guess it's going to take a few more weeks yet.
