I wonder if this is down to my dad being anxious but he will call me persistently, sometimes 10 times in two hours. Each time he is calm and each time I repeat the time I will be at his house. I know he has no concept of time, he doesn't know whether it is day or night. He forgets he has made the previous calls but I do get frustrated with him and I feel very guilty. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think most carers get frustrated with the repetitive side of dementia distractions sometimes help but I’m sorry you feel guilty there is no need too caring is so difficult with dementia
