On recording things

There have been a number of posts on TP recently that talked about keeping diaries.

Keeping a diary has at times kept me sane, as well as enabling me to help Jan through information, not dim recall!

Seems to be my day for saying thank you to you!

I started a diary to record info for GP and stopped once we had secured a referral to psycho-geriatrician - realise now that was folly (i.e. to stop).....
