I think the best way to start is to tell us a bit (or a lot) of your story. You'll get loads of support from loads of people here and a lot of useful information. What most people do is post in the main support forum, giving a potted history of their situation and raising any specific issues they are currently struggling with, but as little or as much information as you feel comfortable with sharing is fine.
