First you need to find pictures on a web site unless you take photos of old cards and store them on your computer. If you get images from the web then you have to make sure they are not copyright. Photobucket has free images for the public domain. You copy them to your computer. Then post them as you would one of your own pictures. If you want a picture that moves, then look on the web for animated gifs and copy what you want to your computer and then post them as you would any of your own pictures. Sometimes, when I like a card or flowers that someone has posted, I copy them and re-use them. I think we all do that because they are very re-cycled
