Further to my previous posting. I received a letter from the Surrey/Sussex Health Authority asking me to provide details about my parents in order that they can assess their requirement for fully paid fees. They also send me some information regarding eligibility criteria.
The information required was:
* their full name/names
* date/s of birth
* the name, address and dates of residence in a residential or nursing home and date of admission [if applicable]
* date they came to live with me
* a brief description of their medical history
* my contact details
I hope that after sending off my submission, that my parents will be considered for full time NHS funding.
Will keep you informed.
