The couple who live next door both in their 80's have medical problems, the wife was in hospital a three weeks ago with pneumonia but returned home two weeks ago, they had carers and both daughters visiting.
Just met one of the daughters as I was returning with my shopping and she told me her dad was in hospital and had tested positive for corona, she is still looking after the mother.
Just wondering when he got it as he has not been out, that leaves one of the carers or one of the daughters.
I had been thinking I was lucky as not many caes in our area and with my wife in hospital it has been easy to stay in as now no visiting.
Just shows that the virus is closer than you think

It just goes to show that we cannot completely eliminate the risk, just reduce it as far as possible. Even if visitors are well, the virus can still be brought in on hands, clothing and shopping.
My nephew has coronavirus and is in hospital on oxygen - he is young and low risk. I never thought he would be so ill with it.

Scary times indeed.
