Between me, my brother and sister we deliver newspapers to my mum (age 79) each day along with any foods she has requested (she has tons of soup now).
I assume having dementia she is considered vulnerable and it is ok for us doing this? If she doesn’t get papers she becomes very anxious and is constantly on the phone. We don’t go in the house but do have a chat from the garden.

Yes of course it OK to do this. You are being extremely responsible, looking after your mum, but minimising the risk

Our local paper shop is offering free delivery to vulnerable or self isolating people
