Hi there - my name is Sonia and I am about to start work as an Activities Coordinator at a Residential Home near me. I am excited to take on this new role - it will be a new challenge for me and a new role within the home so I would love to hear from anyone who works as an AC ...in fact, it would be lovely to hear from anyone who has thoughts or advice.
