Oh heck, Libby, don't worry about asking for advice. Anything that takes my mind off my problems is a blessing.

No, they're not children's books, they're adult, published by Dover, and available from Amazon. There are geometric patterns and picture books -- John wasn't interested in the pictures, but he loves the patterns. I'm going to donate the picture ones to the activities co-ordinator, I'm sure someone will like them.

They were suggested to me here on TP, I'll see if I can find the thread and post it. John has really enjoyed them, and I hope the AC will get him going again.

I'm delighted that John's getting better, and I'm delighted with the care he's receiving. But paradoxically, the better he gets, the more I think he should be home with me. While he was so ill, I knew I couldn't cope. Now????

Am also please to read that John getting better in care home , they only one of you, now we could clone you only Joking .

John got loads of carer , looking after John that why he may be looking better , going back home with you would take John to back to square one .
