I just saw this on TV. I assume it's new - scenes of a woman not coping with her husband's dementia and making a series of frantic phone calls asking for help. Strapline at the end along the lines of 'dementia takes more than one life'. It's a grim ad, but it's a bit more real than stuff we've seen in the past.

There's a good poster on the cafe wall at my local hospital. I should read it properly tonight, but it is something like "My wife has dementia and now I've forgotten who I am".
