I have my grandmother who long months ago broke her leg.
She has been in bed really long time, her leg is good now, but I think she cant stand up because her weight.
And because she cant walk is hard for her to lose weight, I make her do exercise with her legs but she only makes them if Im with her, and I cant be with her everyday.
She is not extremely obbese, but she is unhealthy fatty.
She is eating well lately, vegetables, fruit, avoiding flour, etc.
But ! Do you have any good tips about what she can eat to reduce her weight ? Something "special". Do you have any experience with this ?
