We've had the below message from our Advice Service Manager, Siân, who oversees the National Dementia Helpline. If you've used the Helpline before and you'd like to take part, please feel free to complete their annual survey.

We know that some Talking Point members also use the National Dementia Helpline from time to time. We are constantly seeking ways to improve the Helpline service, and so every year we run a survey to get feedback from our service users.

If you have contacted the Helpline recently we would be very grateful to hear what you thought of the service through our online survey. We will use your responses and those of others to help develop and improve our service in the future.
