Nana died

I wrote here last year looking for some advice on coping with my nanas end of life care. She died peacefully on Christmas Day after everything had eventually slowly shut down and her heart just stopped beating. I am now no longer scared of death as she had the best death and now has peace from the cruelest of diseases. Now as a family without having her to care for we are at a loss as of what to do. We would like to set up a foundation in her name to be able to give out hospital beds and other supports for more patients to be able to be cared for at home, something we fought so hard for for nana. Would anybody know where to begin?

Thanks x
