my thanks tonight to staff in care homes

I am thinking tonight of the lovely staff who looked after my dad so well and will be caring now for the residents in his care home
and all staff in every care home be it for adults or children

I have lit a candle in my bedroom window and will do every night

That's how I feel. I never had anyone in a care home but I had the most wonderful home carers. They made a massive difference to my life and to Bill's. I can never thank them enough.

Yesterday i sent messages to a couple of carers who used to look after my mum to let them know that the clapping that night was for them too. The staff at mums old care home are living in the home with the residents so are in complete lockdown.?
