My mum passed away peacefully at 4am this morning after suffering for a number of years.

We are driving down to be with my Dad.

    We loved her lots.

    So sorry for your loss.

It was good that your mum's death was peaceful, it makes it so much easier to come to terms with.

Please come back and let us know how you are getting on.

    Love,

I noticed on another post that your mum was Hazel Jean. My sister is called Jean.

You're not Scottish, are you? Ours are part of the Scottish tradition of handing down family names from generation to generation.

Very useful when you're studying genealogy -- you can easily follow the family line.
    Sadly not continued today.

Very sorry to hear about your mum

    She is now at peace

My mum died in February; she'd had AD for about eight years

You will feel better as time goes on

You must remember her smiling, & look at nice photos of her & you
