This is more of a support forum than a chat room although we do have a chat room which opens twice weekly.

It must be dreadful for you to have such a diagnosis for your mum at such a young age. Sadly you will not be alone although it might feel like you are.

Please post wherever you feel most comfortable , although for you and your mum, the best sub forum will be for younger people with dementia which you will find here.

Just post about your concerns, anything which worries you. Ask about available help and others will offer support, information and encouragement.
