My lovely Liam has gone

Hi all, have not been on here for a while, things have been pretty bad.
My lovely husband Liam died peacefully at home on Monday.
I am totally lost after looking after him at home for 10 years,
I just don't know how I'm going to get through this. I find myself a widow at 49.
