Can any member advise me - I have an old Sony desk-top with XP - recently both my DVD and CD drives appear to have disappeared from 'my computer' I have checked the drives, and find a yellow question mark, or exclamation mark to the left of the drives listed.
I have in the past re-activated these drives, but cannot remember how.
Hoping somemember will have had this problem, and know the way back for me.
