This is a very complicated situation. My brother has dementia and when his wife died her sister moved in to look after him. I have at times been denied access to him and now she has taken him away and I don’t know where. I am concerned for his welfare but would also like to see him. Do I have any rights?

I don't know if you have legal rights to see your brother but am sure you have moral rights, unless there has been an incident to cause estrangement.
Do you have any mutual friends or acquaintances who might be able to help you find your brother?
