Mum took out loans but can not remember doing so, and as I think I have posted before on this the loans and how the company still right to her and not the family members we have asked them to write too. The family members have LPA and have wrote to the loan companies with all the paper work and explained that each time they send the balance mum gets so upset. this the family have explains is both very upsetting for mum and courses a lot of problems for a couple of days, where mum blames the family for getting her in det, in turn making mum feel ill and she has heart failure on top of dementia and is classed on palliative care. But the loan companies still send post to her and not the family member we have asked them to send it to.
