Mum with dementia

Hi my mum as started to refuse to eat after a TIA for weeks ago.
She is also having problems swollowing she's seems to be gulping but not with ensures or hot milk. Problems taking meds also even some that are fluid form. I'm so upset by it I only lost my partner 2.1/2 yrs ago age 37 to Necrotizing Pneumonia. I feel sick with worry .
