Mum lives over in France with Alzheimer’s

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone could advise on support for Alzheimer’s over in France. My mum lives out there with her partner and she has rapidly declined these last few months. Her partner had struggled to see her poorly and has buried his head in the sand, she’s now at stage 7 and has had no plans put in place. Neurology appointment is soon so we will know more but if anyone knows anything about help you can get over there I would appreciate some advice. Thank you
