    So sorry Diane.

The first is always the worst, so they say. I hope they are right.

    With love

Diane and Wendy, I know how hard today will have been for you. The gap that you feel today will be with you every year, but hopefully the pain will lessen.

Wendy, it was so good that your children gave you a lovely day. The focus of your life has shifted again, and they'll help you through this time.

Love and hugs to you both,

    Diane and Wendy,
I have been thinking of you today - your mum's will have been with you, I am sure.
Just want to send you a [[[[[[HUG]]]]]] - I know that words will not make the hurting any less.
    Much love, Helen

I got through that first mother's day since her death without incident ... I understand that for some it's a non-event, only an excuse for the people selling cards, flowers etc.
